Nuestras actividades volvieron a la normalidad con tareas, pendientes, trabajo,etc.
Y nosotras como mamas, debemos de estar preparadas para los fines de semana, días en los que nuestros hijos quieren salir al parque, al cine, o bien sólo divertirse.
Por eso tengo la opción perfecta para disfrutar de un fin de semana lleno de diversión.
Y si! Me refiero al nuevo centro de entretenimiento “KINEZIS”
un lugar que ha llegado con un concepto wellentreteiment para toda la familia. De los creadores de Kidzania e inspirado en los antiguos atletas y deportistas griegos, nace un nuevo concepto 100% mexicano de entretenimiento extremo, fitness y salud.
Kinezis es un espacio muy divertido que lleva la actividad física e instalaciones de entretenimiento a otro nivel. Quienes disfrutan de los retos y las actividades extremas pasarán buenos momentos. Eso sí, con un esfuerzo extra porque hasta por el agua te piden pedalear (algo divertido si es que no estás agotado de tu entrenamiento).
Este se divide en cuatro conceptos basados en los elementos de la naturaleza:
•HydroKinezis de agua
•GeoKinezis de tierra
•AeroKinezis de aire
•PyroKinezis de fuego.
Cada elemento tendrá sus actividades y espacios dentro del recinto.
También encontrarás ZenKinezis, dedicado a la relajación, y NanoKinezis, un espacio en donde los más pequeños podrán estar seguros y divertirse mientras tú te ejercitas.
¡Es un espacio dedicado solo para ti! Que no sabrás ni por dónde empezar…

-Medidor de fuerza
-Remadoras
-Caminadoras
-Trampolines
-Montaña de aire
-Inflables
-Alberca de pelotas y 6 distintos muros de escalar.
Mientras que en las disciplinas encontrarás: box, remadoras, caminadoras, baile, yoga, piolet, boulder. Todas podrán ser supervisadas por un entrenador personal y en clases de 15 minutos hasta 1 hora.
